ECM reflashed

Who can do a ECM reflash if I end up needing it done.

I bought a 2003 quad cab 5speed recently that's didn't run, got checking it out the ECM is bad so I bought a used ECM matching ECM number from same model and year truck. Now I'm not to familiar with CR trucks but I'm assuming I will have to have this ECM flashed with my trucks Vin#. Any help is appreciated

The early ECM will go right in with matching part numbers ussually, Pending SKIM doesn't get you.
