No it's not.

Trans tuning for the 68RFE is already realeased.

Development on transmission tuning has not yet commenced, but it is getting closer to the top of the development list.

Nope - Cummins won't be touched for at least a few more releases, it's now time to catch up on a few of those smaller outstanding requests for other platforms.
