EGR Delete

A friend of mine wants me to do an EGR delete on his 08 6.4l . I told him he would have to buy a "chip" for it . He isn't really looking for any more power just wants the emissions gone , so what would be the cheapest egr delete setup he could get ( I have already decided on a sinister for the delete just need to know which programmer ) ?

A Sct livewire with canned sct tunes would probably be th e cheapest way to go. Or another option is XRT pro by h&s
