Those of you running full hydro steering and an electric hydro pump, are you still plumbing the electric pump into the factory brake booster the same way it would if you were still using the factory power steering pump? This is on a 97 dodge

Thank you

Not sure on the dodges, but on my 1996 Ford I eliminated the brake booster, went right to a full Mechanical brake pedal, and plumbed the hydro steering lines from elec/hydro pump right into orbital valve.

Yes we run the hydro boost still cause we use autos
Just plumb it like the factory did

I have mine plumbed into the booster and a cylinder as I run an automatic transmission and need the brakes. If it has a clutch, eliminate it to save room.

I wouldn't eliminate the booster even with a stick
I've seen so many trucks break there hitch and can't stop

At first i just had the hydro pump plumbed to use factory steering and did full manual brakes
