Engine build questions

I am purchasing a used built 06 CR engine with firerings and pretty extensive head work. The only thing missing from the longblock is head studs, push rods, rocker arms, pedestals and front cover. My plan is, as some point, to make close to 1000hp and detune for street use. I am needing some advice on a route to take with the above listed parts. Do you guys feel like the ARP 625's are really needed and worth the money? Im assuming billet push rods but not sure where to get them from or what a reasonable price is? What is recommended for the rocker arms? Oh, and what size twins do you guys think is a fair compromise between street use and dyno numbers?
