Got her back from dealer w/ one new head. Not running tunes yet. Whistle noise under dash or hood when on the throttle. Now it's giving me new codes (P0238)=Turbo Boost Sens a circ high input. (P0472)= Exhaust back pres sens circ low input. Still giving me the old one (P0401)=Exhaust gas recirculation flow insuff detected. This one is from the EGR tube blocked off. It sometimes is low on power and coughs though the intake and smokes when wot. Ready to take it back but I would like too know a little about what is going on. I would like a new turbo but don't know what too tell them it's doing to replace it. Can anyone help me with the codes? Maybe that will tell me what is going on. I have not replaced the fuel filter yet cause I did so 2k ago, but why does it run better at times. Help me please ! It was down 18 days last time. :bang

I might look for a wiring harness issue or something unplugged before taking it back to them. Read the two links as they are very related and both reference wires among other things.

Thanks, found the wire,(plug was loose on the PDM). Dealer checked it out to be ok now, but still has a turbo whine. Will be putting new one in tomorrow.:ft:
 
Sounds like the harness could be chaffed on the EBP. Also coolant could have gotten into the connector when everything was taken apart.
