Engine noise

Ok gents I been crazy busy with the new shop, but I would like some input from you guys. I got my fummins all back together drove it around a bit, then. Noticed a weird rattle from engine. Cracked number 5 injector line, noise went away. Switched injector to number 1. Noise stayed in 5. Pulled motor and thrust bearing was wore hard on the rear of the bearing. Also found every main was wore on the back of the bearing. Sent crank and block back to machine shop. Everything checked out ok.(except wear on crank) converter is new, quad disk billet converter. And I have play between the flexplate and converter when motor is bolted together. Any opinions on what caused this? Or things to check? Definitely seems like excessive pressure on back of crank. Any input would be appreciated, assembling engine this week. Trans is a built 4r100.
