I'm looking at purchasing a 2004 CR from my medic instructor. It has recently developed an issue with extended cranking times and excessive pressure in the fuel tank.
I know very little about the common rail systems and am honestly confused if the two are even related. My only thought is that the head may be cracked in the fuel return galley and crankcase pressure could be pressurizing the tank and maybe causing a loss of prime.
If anybody could point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.
