Will a 4" exhaust kit for a 94 PSD fit a 94 IDI Turbo?
 
A PSD catback exhaust will work. A few vendors do make a 4" for the IDI turbo trucks tho.

So is it the bend or the outlet? Forgive my ignorance I know nothing about the Fords, but I bought a 94 down in TX and I want to start lining up some milds mods for it. What are my options? Find the right DP? Exhaust housing swap? Complete Turbo swap? THanks!
 
Is it one of the Factory turbo trucks? or an IDI with a turbo kit on it?

If its a factory turbo truck the best bang for the buck would probably be to get the ATS upgrade kit, exhaust housing and downpipe at least. ATS designed and packaged the factory turbo kit for those trucks but Ford crippled it making it basically ornamental. Changing out the housing and the crushed DP will wake it up.

Might have to do some work to the firewall to get it all to fit though.
 
Must be factory turbo, since it's the only other option in 94.

Like jdc mentioned, hit up ATS for the upgrade. You won't find anything on their site, you'll have to contact a distributor or ATS themselves.
