Factory Electronic Wastgate

Alright so i just completed my twin setup and i got a CEL regarding the wastegate. The factory solenoid is unplugged right now. Can i clear this turning my wastegate off with my smarty? If i have to do that i have to get rid of my beta programming and i don't want to. any other suggestions?

Put a 100ohm resistor between the wires it the plug and clear the code, you'll never see it again.
