FCA voltage and pin out location?

Does anyone know the voltage I should see at the FCA at idle and the pin out location for the FCA. Thanks

It isn't a voltage... it is a PWM signal. It will fluctuate between 0 and 12 at a very high frequency.

Thank you! I am making headway. The harness was in bad shape. It looks as if the engine was out of the truck and they made a mess of things. Last shop did 14mm studs and soon after these problems came about. I am looking for a good harness to replace this one.
