fixing twisted single cab short bed frame

OK so I've always had a thing for scsb trucks....with not enough time to do the chop myself (I've done several in the past) I purchased one off the internet. I've had it for a while and now that I'm driving it more its driving me nuts that the chop job was less then perfect. The passenger side of the frame at the back of the cab is 1/8" higher. By the axle its 1/2" higher and at the rear of the frame its 3/4" higher then the drivers side. What is the simplest option for fixing this? Shimming the bed that much will have the body lines off.,...which they already are .

The truck is a 95 dodge 2500

That's what I was researching to see how that works and the limitations. I guess you could call it a fish plate....they used two 3" pieces of C channel roughly 12" long on the inside of the frame. Both inside frame rails have two of the pieces of channel stacked one above the other. Can the frame be put on a bench with the frame being reinforced with channel and the rear part of the frame being notched for the axle tube ( lowered 2wd) ??

I wouldn't see why not, it's not a hydroformed frame. The only issue I would see is the c-notch. Surely the frame shop could pull frame between the axles and cab mount.
