Anyone run Husky, Weathertech or some other type of rubber floor mat on a vinyl equipped 3rd gen? I need mats but don't want to jump in head first on some expensive mats and get less-than-stellar results.

From what I've googled people recommend cutting off the rubber traction spikes and adding adhesive-Velcro.

I can't say how they are on the dodges, but my uncle has a set of weathertech mats in his 2006 Chevy 2500 and they are molded to contour to the floor perfectly. There's no real way for them to slide around and out of place like smaller mats do. I'll definitely be getting a set for my 2006.

I just put weathertechs in my new work truck. Vinyl floors. Only sliding is front to rear but its minimal.
