Floor shifters lets see yours

I'm putting a floor shifter in my truck and I want some ideas. I don't want one that I have to pull a lever to shift into 3rd. Just let me hear some of your opinions

i think i decided on the b&m mega truck shifter.

I have the B&M mega shifter. I really like it. In a few years I might invest in a higher $$ unit, but I like the ratchet.

They look cool...Keeps you from banging up a gear when manually shifting the truck...
