Is there anyone on here that could fly cut a set of pistons? If so let me know a price on .175 flycuts. Thanks in advance!
 
I am sorry guys I used the wrong terminology. I need valve reliefs cut not flycutting.
 
I have access to a cnc mill that I use for all the machine work that I do. It holds 22 bits, and switches them out with programing. when I do valve reliefs I locate the piston in the fixture and press the start button it takes just under 7minutes (depending on depth) per pistons and switch out between 3 different bits start to finish.
 
Polydyne in Houstion has a CNC and the program, then they go across the shop to be coated 832 256 5689 I have sent hundrys of people there , and all were extremly happy with the work and coating. Polydyne does coatings for several NASCAR teams and NHRA Pro Stock, as well as ADRL Pro Mod

$150 across the road from me for a 4v flycuts. $100 for 2v.
