FS: Core 190 p pump

I have a 190 p pump for sale, I bought it for a project but went another route. The guy I bought it from said it ran when he pulled it but Ive never heard it run so thats why Im selling as a core. Everything seems to move fine on the pump and I but on a new governor housing gasket. The pump is all stock except for 5k governor springs. Throttle bracket not included
