My Brother has a 95 Powerstroke. It had the engine replaced with one from a 97 before he bought it.
Ever since he bought it he has had problems when switching to the rear tank. The truck will idle but you cannot drive with it.
Fuel Pressure drops to 2 psi when switching to the rear tank. He has replaced the Fuel solenoid, rear tank pickup assembly, and all the hose between the solenoid and the new fuel pickup assembly.
Fuel pressure is being measured between lift pump and injection pump.
Anyone have any ideas?
