Fuel pressure issues?

I was watching some data trying to find the cause of a miss my wife noticed the other day. The engine is an 06 that I got from my dad. It still has the floorit cp3 pump on it (don't know what %) stock injectors and stock tune. the only modifications are a colt cam, and a heater grid delete. I noticed that at idle desired pressure is 6600 and actual fuel pressure is in the 14-15000 psi range. Fca current is near the max and fca actual duty cycle is in the negative most of the time. Is this due to the modified cp3? it seems like the FCA can't get the fuel pressure down where it should be. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

could the fca cause or contribute to a miss?

Yes it will. That FCA is pulse width modulated, meaning it opens and closes very fast, if it starts to mess up, everything is effected.

The FCA took care of the high rail pressure at idle but the miss isn't completely gone. I still have a P0148 fuel delivery error code active and injector 4 balance rate is close to 4. All the other cylinders are in the -1 to 1 range. Am I looking at a bad injector?

What to do

I got my fca from geno's garage and i was looking at injectors in the catalog they sent along in the box. It says once one injector goes the rest are likely to start failing soon after. Is this usually the case? i'm trying to figure out if i should just replace #4 or if I should do the whole set. I'd rather not spend the money for a whole set but I also don't want to be chasing injectors till they're all done.
