as i sit here looking at my build and the parts i have to purchase for the current rules. i cant help but wonder where the future of this class and sport are headed. i know the 2.6 class hp is increasing as are the other classes. i'd hate to see 2.6 leave. and their are mixed feelings on 2.6 odl. personally i would like the sport to remain the same but we all know that will not happen. as i have discussed with other pullers and a handful of enthusiasts and people who are the guys in the shadows with a few pull trucks.
2.5 stay the same with hp hindering rules.
2.6 go odl.
3.0 go cut tires and possibly unlimitted single.
thus allowing 2.6 trucks to class jump. with or w/o dot tires.:nail:
