Gasoline fillup

Have one towed in that the owner filled with gasoline. Drove till it quit, approx 3 miles. I'm draining the tanks now. Any chance this one will live? What can I expect?
 
Thats why I freak out when the Wife drives my truck.

I'm betting a new set of Injectors will be in order, Make sure to get that oil out of it.
 
May have gotten lucky with this one, at least so far. Fresh fuel and filter and lots of cranking, sounds good. Died after two minutes, very hard to restart, but has not faltered since. Will take it for a drive tomorrow.
