I bought this used for my 2003 but am selling the truck now. It comes with everything you need to run it on your 04.5-07 truck. To fit on a 03-04 you'll need to buy a $70 bracket/adapter here . Everything else should be the same.

I'd like to get $400 shipped for it.

I’ve got one of these on my pickup. They are sweet. Dead silent and flow plenty of fuel for 1k with the low output pulley.
