What's your timing set at? Supply fuel pressure? Do you have the Mack rack plug? Have you benched your pump? If not you might consider racking the barrels on the pump if your comfortable doing that. Be ready to pull the pump to send it off to get benched though, in case the pump is too unbalanced.

Just some thoughts I had.
