Thats where I ran my 11.22. In that same lane infact.
 
Having spun a vette ill tell ya that those sob's have a very fine line between sideways and out of control spin. That guy got lucky. And an ls engine, especially a 427, has a very broad power band and will spin going into 4th with no problem.
 
Holy fawk that guy had his hands full....

Damn lucky he didn't tag the wall or worse.
 
i almost lost my 09 last friday night at the track, broke loose shifting into 2nd i was scared to death, i can only imagine how he felt
