anyone use a timer or the ford pcm to run the grid heaters on there conversions? Im doing 2 right now that need to be automatic on timers, Not push buttons, or what not. Anybody have their truck fixed up to run the grid heaters like this?
 
For now I am using the Ford Glow Plug controller until I finish my Time/Air Temp Timer
 
The ford one works fine, the other controller is based in intake temp vs. time on. and is still in developement.
 
i would like to know how the intake time/temp thing works. right now my pcm is commanding the glowplugs on all the time?? ive seen that before on a powerstroke,, and would like to fix it somehow.
 
I have the drawings done, just need to make a prototype...
