Is this compatible with the transmission tuning for 6.7 liter Cummins?

I really couldn't tell you. I don't know anything about it other than what it says on the box. It will tune from 06-12 on the cummins. Not sure on the tranny.

I believe it will but you have to buy the unlock code ($100)

overdrive unlock for 6.7's is $299

unlock for the 06/07 5.9's is $99

If the truck is '07-09, you can use the XRT Pro to tune the TCM in "transmission only" mode and can stack it with stock or aftermarket engine tuning.

If the truck is 10-12, the trans only mode only works with stock tuning

But yes, the XRT Pro supports the overdrive software
