Why not just make your own? Shouldbt be to hard.

Coleman racing sells either a floor mount or flange mount throttle handle.
Then get the appropriate length morse cable and make brackets to hold the ends of the cable.

It's hard to find hand throttle "kit". There's just too many variables. East Coast Diesel has a nice set up. It's what I run. There "kit" doesn't require much fabrication.
