Selling my compounds to help fund my wife's last semester of school.
Included is as follows:
-he351cw with ~85,000 miles on it
-spring wastegate setup
-hotpipe, interstage and IC pipes
-3"-2.75" boot, all associated clamps for the pipes listed above
-source automotive S400 mount
-both oil drains
-S475/96/1.32
-5" intake tube with boot and filter
-modified heater lines
-5" downpipe and clamp

Fits 2nd gen manual trucks with stock-style manifolds with no modifications. Fits auto trucks with the relocation of the heat exchanger. Could potentially fit other vehicles as well.
This set spooled excellent and made 540hp slipping through the clutch on the dyno (56psi vs 70+psi on the street) with 7x.012 injectors.
5,000 miles at most on the setup

Asking Price: $2200

What kind of swap parts are you looking for. I have a whole 190hp setup.

Im curious about that springgate....? It looks shorter than normal. Im assuming it was done in order to clock the turbo, but how was it done?

It has full travel and the springs are as long as the ones that came with my friend's stainless diesel gate

How was this setup on the street? Was thinking of doing this with my cr since I already have the he351.

I was referencing the rod length not the spring's. as well as where/how it mounts to the turbo. I've got one on my truck now. Normally, they bolt to the intake housing. Just curious why yours is attached on the center like it is.

Where the gate is located on the he351cw and how it is oriented, that is the easiest way to mount it. Obviously on an S300 or hx35 it would not work with how their wastegates are oriented

would you be willing to separate everything from the he351 for someone wanting to install on a 3rd gen?

I could, though I have not verified if it will fit on a 3rd gen for sure. I think it will, but I cannot guarantee it

when did it start spooling for you and when did it hit max boost?

He351cw responded very quickly to even light throttle input, and the S475 would start moving shortly after you would give it more than half throttle. It's been about 6 months since I drove it, so I honestly don't remember at what rpm it hit full boost, but I never had any problems getting it to light the primary. Even up a really steep hill, if you matted the throttle, it'd build boost quickly after a half second or so and accelerate hard.
You can hear it on the dyno in this clip
