I want to get some noise suppressing ear plugs. I don't wear ear protection like I should. I think if I could find something that I could leave in all day, and still have a normal conversation without removing them, I'd wear them more.
I can't wear muffs.
Any recommendations?
 
I wear some from 3M every day all day at work, I don't remember the exact name/part#. Get the foam ones with a flared out end or they get stuck in your ear. They make some tethered together if you're going to take them out a bunch.
 
I use the ones with the hard headband now. Just wondering if anyone has experience with the hearing aid style that you can hear through, but cancels out the loud noises.
I don't wear them as much as I should. I want something that I can leave in, yet hold a conversation.
 
Sparkplugs, available by the box at Grainger for around $30. Forget how manys in there.
