I've got a Smarty half way loaded into a truck and cant get it out! I keep getting a communications error, and need to get the truck back to stock ASAP! HELP!

check the connections at the downloader and at the OBD connector. Also try cleaning the connections and make sure they are not loose. Also, does the truck currently run?

Checked both connections several times: Both are tight.
Cleaned the connectors and still nothing.
Truck did run, but now is stuck in the middle of a download and wont start. It just cranks and cranks. When I unplug it and try to run the restore mode, it just says communications error. Any help would be great, because this isn't my truck and I need it to run before he comes to get it!!!
