Help needed in st. Augustine

Hey guys ive got a friend in st. Augustine fl that is having some issues with his 600 ho. He had an edge ez go bad on him and now he has a persistent hi rail pressure code that he hasn't been able to clear either by disconnecting the batteries or the key method. He doesn't know of or can find any reputable diesel shops other than the steelership. Is their any one in that area? Or do you have any idea what might be going on with his truck?
Oh and when it went bad he had a runaway ( I don't know how bad it was) and he had it die on him and was unable to crank it until he disconnected the ez.

Any help or ideas is appreciated thank you for your time!

Did he try to call edge and see what they can help him with, is the truck drivable or is there still a chance for a run away
 
Yes he removed the edge and still has a high rail pressure code that won't clear.
 
I believe it is driveable and the runaway was a cause of the edge. As far as I know he hasn't contacted edge yet for the box issues. He's just trying to get it back to proper stock
