He has an 03 dodge CTD, basically stock just an AFE intake. He has started having lots of power loss anytime he gets to a hill it will start dropping off in power. He recently(week ago) changed the fuel filter and cleaned the air filter sometimes it will run alright but other times not.

Where can access the lift pump pressure at?

there is a test port on the top of the cp3 fuel injection pump, but be very careful, as the slightest bit of trash gets in while the bolt is out, you can ruin your pump, also on the driver side of the block, the fuel filter canister is mounted there, you can get a banjo bold that is tapped 1/8/ remove the one from the bottom of the fuel canister, screw that one in, screw the sending unit into the new banjo bolt, and run it to a gauge...:rockwoot:
