High idle?

I've tried a search an only found results for the fords my question is did any of the LB7 trucks come with an high idle mode from the factory? If so I would I know or how can I activate it? And I've seen a couple of you tube videos of guys that have a high idle thats switched on by the cruise control but its the usual "my buddy did it I have no idea how or what he did to make it work just wanted to post a video of it" Its getting chilly here in the chicago area and it would be nice to have a high idle

I have an 06 I turn the high idle on with the steering wheel buttons but I just went to duramax forum real fast and found this if you dont have the option from factory Fast Idle Installation Instructions for LB7 Duramax hope this helps.

Dang thanks JD that looks like the bees knees! Do you know anyone using one, how that installs or difficulty? From the picture it looks like its plug n play some how?

its pretty much plug and play go to the dealer and get the pins and then hook the wire up to pin 71 then wire it to the break wire and its done
