this is pretty much about the 6.0..this is not started to say one tuner is better then the other so please dont turn it into that..

My question is how can diffrent trucks that are almost the same configuration SRW F250 F350 close to same tires size make diffrent numbers..

For instance:

Bryan made 790 hp and 1286 lb ft.

Frankie made 757 hp and 1192 lb ft. Doug made 66 less hp but 199 more lb ft then Frankie

Doug made 691hp and 1391 lb ft. Doug made 99 less hp but 105 more lb ft the Bryan

why the difference in numbers for torque? ONCE AGAIN..I am not doubting or questioning..its just something that has stumped me..anybody know?

It's all in how efficient the tune is. It’s Tuning :) Timing & air flow will make a difference.

I can tell you right now without looking at Doug's dyno sheet that his TQ #'s dropped off to sharp where the other 2 held there TQ a little longer.

If you ever wonder HP & TQ cross over at close to 5200-5300 RPM's after that HP will be above TQ.

Your question is the very reason that we, Hushpower and Flowmaster, do not publish our own dyno #s. I can put ten similar trucks on the dyno and make ten different #s. It can come down to diff temp, trans temp, tire temp, ...... basically everything. Tire pressure is also a big one on the dyno...

yepper.
It is hard enough to make a completely repetable run with one truck... to do it with multiples is a huge pain in the *ss.
There are just too many variables.

Every truck is different. Even our module that the customer cant change, all get different dyno #'s. Its just different trucks like different things...
