How do I take off turbo air intake plenums?

How do I take off the turbo air intake plenums without removing the head or water pump housing? There is a bolt under the oil reservoir I can't get out on the passenger side plenum?

just loosen it it is on a slot ( just like the oppasit side in the rear.then a putty knife to pop it off use the gray HI goo to reseal it.

Does that work also on the 2000 7.3?
