I need better tunes!

I have an 08 6.4 with 4" delete, Intake, and SCT. I ussually run performance tune but no matter what setting i have it on my transmition doesnt shift worth a crap under extreme throttle. Always hangs up shifting from 2nd to 3rd and then throws a code. the code clears once i turn the truck off and back on. This is the second 6.4 ive had with the SCT preprogrammed files and the same thing on both. Just want some inputes on some good tunes and from where. Thanks
