Posting this for a friend, he has an 03 that when you start it and step on the skinny pedal just above idle, the truck rpm surges up and down. Says the rpms surge pretty high then back to idle again over and over, quits surging after it warms up. Dealer can't figure it out. Does anybody have any ideas.
