difference between: dv800, and a dv550...
it appears the dv800 inline 8 cylinder pump found on the late 70s' early 80s IH 4586 (and other similar models) has made its way onto a 7.3l powerstroke or two...im sure you've all seen the pics..
anyways, im looking at a dv550 inline 8 cylinder pump...does ANYBODY know the flow capabilities? external dimensions? its a Bosch pump and i can get the numbers off the tag if you need...
will be getting something along these lines for my 7.3l IDI ( go ahead and laugh, im prepared for it LOL) or does any body have any other recommendations as far as inline 8 cyl pumps go?
