So the new flexplate and input will be here in a couple days... Opies. After much advise that the new triple will rip them apart, I figured I had better do something with it. I'm feeling pretty confident about changing it out at my shop, and I found out today that NAPA just came out with their own atf+4 at 3.90/qt... So I'm gonna go for it.
Question is... Any gaskets/ seals that go bad on a regular basis? I am trying to get as prepared as possible for this as I don't want to be down waiting on a new oring or seal that I didn't think about first. I would imagine that the pump seal, pan, and input will be reusable.. Trans was recently rebuilt so they should all be new.. Any tips would be appreciated guys!
