IP leaking fuel?

Buddies truck is leaking fuel somewhere towards the top of the pump. Is there a gasket kit that I can get for it or do I have to send it off to a shop. Called the local shop and they wanted $900 to go through it.
 
I might have to call you, its all covered in oil and dripping fuel so its hard to tell where its coming from for sure.
 
ok, got the fuel leak cured, the overflow valve was leaking. Now we also found the rear governor cover leaking oil. Can I buy a gasket for this or is it a pump shop deal?
