I've got my first kennys 3 disc comp. And it's time to pull some shims. My question is what is it the proper lever hieght? I powered threw it at the 100' Mark last night and shut it down slowly. If any has had any experience with these their input would be greatly appreciated.

Its the weighted lever? Off the top of my head i believe its .625 with a straightedge laying across the face of the press plate, measure the distance with calipers to the finger. Also if you slipped it bad, we have got them hot enough to melt the springs in the pressure plate.

Yes it has the weighted levers. I only have 7 hooks on it but it looks like some how two of the Allen bolts that hold the weighted levers on loosened up. Just my luck. The 3 plates still measure around .334 , but the 2 floater look two be warped a 1/16" on the in side. But no groves.

.425-.450 from top of pressure plate to top of fingers is what he said the other day
