Kill Switch

Seen in the ITPA I believe that the 2.6 has to have a kill switch? How are you guys foing this in the common rails? preferably in an 03? Thanks guys
 
Just use the search feature and see what other guys have done, that is what i did to figure out mine on my 05. I also Saw in Diesel Power Mag this month that BD Diesel has a new Emergency Air Shut Off out now but I couldn't find much information on their site about it. So I gues im going to have to call them to find out more unless some one on here has some info on it.

i tapped in to main fuse in run wire to the back of the truck and put a plug in on it with a loop for sled to hook into, when it pulls plug out it kills the power to the whole truck. Very simple to do in dont take long to do it.
 
I made one in about 5 minutes at the Stanford, Ky pull last year. A 25ft drop cord, 2 male blade connectors and 2 ft of 12g wire..... and plenty of zip ties. Had the thing that took the longest was trimming the blade connectors to fit in the fuse box.
