late 99 conversion

i'm planning on doing a late 99 conversion to my E99. i know that RiffRaff has a complete kit including the bellowed up pipes for right around 800 And i know that dieselSite has a similar system as well.
Has the guys thats done the conversion in the past gone with either of these companies, or can you direct me in a path that you've taken
 
If it was me I would go to powerstrokenation.com and watch the classifieds and save a bit of money.
You could piece it together youself and save $$$$$$.
 
i've been a member on Powerstroke.org for a couple of years so i'm watching its classifieds, smae with here and the nations
Also, will ihave to convert to the later 160ccc injectors at the same time, or will my stockers 140's be ok?
