what did you use to open the hole up with? a torch?

Yes. Trimmed out the area closest to the truck so to leave as much materal as posible on the actual hook point.

Yea that's what I planned to do as well. Won't have to take much just about 3/4 to make it pass rules

It actually will get hooked to the sled for the first time tomorrow night!! But I would think you would want your bump stops to be the rearmost point.

I just read my rules and it stated, "bumper bars are required and can extend past the hitch". But thanks for double checking me! :rockwoot:

Some of these are just insane. I am trying to get into the pulling world but need to get the truck built some. Have been spending a lot of time just reading on this site. I want to stay in work stock but then I see some of these pullers and now I want a full time puller... My wife hates forums and this is why!
