little help going from 30 to 35 splined front outers

well i got my truck all tore down today and found out my inner or outer hubs are now to small.. so what did you guys do to go from 30 spline to 35 splined outer stub shafts?
im thinking of just having them bored out to fit and would have to get the right timken bearing to do so.. im running short on time to get this done for friday am leaving to go up to redding..
what years can i buy the whole hub assembly for? any help would be great and thanks..
