Misfire at mid throttle

I am having a misfire and white smoke on my 07, between 1500 rpm to 2500 rpm ,but only when moving the fuel pedal(runs okay when i hold the rpms) ,does it only with smarty on lower settings (CATCHER 2 or 4) runs fine at stock and catcher 5 or 7. Any ideas?

I now have 17000 miles on the truck ,generarlly when is this necssary.

Put it back to stock and take it to the dealer! 100k for the first valve adjustment I think you have a bad injector and your doing damage to the piston and cylinder! Best to get it looked at asap if you have a friend at the dealer see if they can overlook the mods!

Well it seems to run okay on the stock program ,so dealer is going to try and say its still okay. I will try it anyway.

They can test the injectors one at a time to see their performance.
