Just put a new motor together started and ran great! Went for a test drive and SMoke sporadic puff out the pipe only under load if I give it more it gets worse then the motor starts knocking Seems to be one cylinder leaning towards a bad injector anybody have a thought??

What's rail pressure doing?

What year motor? Any codes? Is rail pressure falling off when problem starts guessing it is a common rail from your sig.

yeah it's an 06 only starts doing it under load trying to go fast just dumps fuel thinking a damaged tip runs great under normal driving. Wish I had a rail gauge on this truck! It's a stock truck If I leave my foot in it it starts to knock like a ton of fuel in the cylinder!

Well turned out to be a bad injector! Customer supplied these S.S. Bodied POS ate one motor. Put a new motor in and Still had an issue. Pulled them out put a new set I had on the shelf and it runs like a new truck! 6 hours of pulling my hair out! These shiny new injectors are just that shiny junk!
