move the crankcase venting

what would happen if i take the crankcase breether hose off the valve cover and run it down to my exhaust and weld a pipe on it for the hose to hook to it and then the crankcase breather would exit in the exhause and out the tailpipe. would that help to get better air into the turbo without contamanating the intake air.
 
Yes it does help. There is a kit from Mr Gasket that works well. you get it at your local napa store. John
 
Make sure you put the check valve in place so you don't pressure the crankcase

Includes:
2 mopar style push in valve cover breathers, 2 breather grommets, 2 check valves, and 2 45 degree cut/threaded tubes that need to be welded into the exhaust pipe....They retail for about 40 clams..:)
 
crank case vent

What type of pipe would you use those pipes get to 1000 to 1200 deg.
 
i hade mine right behind the t-case witn the check valve, an on the dyno or a hard run, it would blow dipstick up out of tube an leak oil out of tube,then i tried unhooking the hose from check valve an zip tieing the hose to the crossmember,with the hose out to the atmosphere , no matter how hard i beat on it dipstck stays in place,no oil coming out of dipstick tube
 
I went this route and removed it once it started pushing oil out the rear main seal. Here are the numbers I used from Summit.
