what do you mean by it needs to be benched was it running when removed? i need one that runs i dont want to have to rebuild it since i just rebuilt my VE pump 2 months ago.

yes it came off a running truck.. no issues, just needs the governor recalibration or if you're good at putting governor springs in, that's all it needs....
