Customer has a 95 12v. Fuel level sending unit hasnt worked for years. I pulled the module out to replace the sending unit and the whole module is cracked to pieces and some of the tubes have holes in them.

Mopar discontinued their part for it and freaking nobody makes them for a diesel. Supposedly Mopar is coming out with a new reman part but they dont know when it will be out.

Anyone have a part number for the right part? Ive found several but they are all discontinued.

Will a gas fuel module work if we take the electric lift pump out of the module?

Does anyone have a used one that is still in tact?

Does anyone have a full tank with module I can buy?

Right now he doesnt even care about the fuel gauge anymore and just wants his truck back but I dont want to put it back together how it is.

Let me know what you have.

PM me, text me, call me. Whatever works for you.

Thanks,

Jared

Certain years all that's different is the electrical connector to the sender.
I believe a 1994 was round pins, then went to the blades in 1995.

Mark.

I'd go with a sump, a return line, and the odometer for gauge.

Just my $.02

I've pretty much been driving mine that way for years, keep 5 gallons in the tool box and broomstick to prime with cause you'll need them.

I drove my '95 for over ten years with no gauge and never once ran out of fuel. Just have to know your mileage and remember to reset the trip meter.
