Need help ID'ing a turbo

Trying to get some info on this turbo. It's on a friends truck the compressor wheel decided to say HI to the compressor cover. It measured 60mm on the compressor wheel but it has some "wear." It's also has a T3 foot.

Looks like a borg s300 to me. It probably started as a 61.44 mm before it customized itself. The tag and exhaust housing imply that it's custom, 62 compressor, 71 turbine, .85 exhaust. I had a weird exhaust housing like that once with the 6 bolt flange, I think it was from an S200 application and cut to fit.

6271 sure sounds like a 62/71 to me

On the vin tag it looks like it stated 62/71/.85 just the garret tag and the weird .85 housing threw me for a loop. I'm guessing ~15cm exhaust housing? Also that bolt on hx40 flange was pretty interesting. He is going to be looking for a rebuild kit and compressor wheel...... So Borgwarner s300?

as stated above, I believe it's an S200 based turbo or at the very least the turbine housing
